Kemper's bishopric Thursdays (15km)

Behind the ramparts, Breton music and dance in the gardens of the évéché. All summer long, Quimper Celtic circles and bagadou perform on Thursday evenings!

For each performance, a bagad and a Celtic circle take to the stage to showcase all facets of Breton culture.

Crepes and cider will accompany this festive and convivial event!

Celtic Nights Penity (1km)

Free shows and concerts celebrating Brittany, the Nuits du Penity invite you to discover our culture every Wednesday evening from July 5 to August 30 at 9pm.

You'll find the region's bagadou, Breton instrumental groups divided into 3 sections: biniou (bagpipes), bombarde and percussion. Gavottes, Andro, Plinn marche or melodies, the bagpipers will perform everything from "Trad" to the latest tunes they've composed, while the cercles, an association of young and old, will accompany your evening of dancing. Dressed in costume and headdress, you'll be able to recognize each person's country from their own.
